About the Job
The Youth Activities Counselor is responsible for all activities related to youth activities at the club including but not limited to assist in creating, implementing, and overseeing family-friendly events and youth programs, set-up, clean up, and supervising younger members in a safe and friendly way.
Duties:
- Ability to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.
- Interact with children and create/lead engaging activities.
- Maintain a fun, safe, and clean environment.
- Be a confident and compassionate caregiver. Your personality should align with Crestview's goals and values, fostering a sense of comfort for both children and their parents/guardians.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children (preferred).
